Today (or tomorrow) would not be a good day for the baby to make her arrival, however. Last night I was awakened several times to the sound of sleet hitting our windows. The roads are pretty much just ice around here. Everything in the area is closed. We've been having sleet off and on all day. We continue to be in this winter weather warning until 6:00 tomorrow evening. Normally I wouldn't care about ice since I don't get out much, but this time is different. I don't like the possibility of making a hospital trip in the ice. And more importantly, my spa day at MOPS was cancelled today! So much for a couple hours of pampering.
Time to include a couple cute pictures of our big girl. Kevin must have been in a cooking mood today or maybe he just really wanted casserole. Either way, he cooked his mom's casserole recipe for lunch today. Chloe started off by throwing a fit when he put her in the high chair for lunch. She acted like we were killing her by making her sit down to eat. After eating just a couple bites of the yummy casserole, she changed her mind.

Now typically, Chloe can't finish a meal without asking for help to get it all cleaned out of her bowl. Today was quite different. Not only did she clean out the bowl by herself, she even asked for seconds and thirds! Then when the poor girl couldn't get any more food out of us, she proceeded to scrape out every last bit she could with her finger. Needless to say, her Grandma Koester's casserole was a big hit!

I am glad to hear all is well. I have missed hearing from you! I feel so much more connected to you these days. I love that you have started a blog!
Chloe is looking more like her daddy these days. I need to know how to make the recipe! Sounds like it must be wonderful! You should post it!
You continue in our prayers!
